Return Policy

At Japan Snack, we strive to offer you high-quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. However, we understand that you may change your mind or encounter issues with your order. Here is our return policy for your peace of mind:

Accepted Returns :

  1. Return Period : You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

  2. Eligible Products : Products eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with their original packaging intact.

Exceptions :

  • SHORT-DATED and ANTI-WASTE items, personalized products (DISCOVERY BOXES €15, €25, €35 and €50, POKEMON BOX and SANRIO BOX), and sale or clearance items are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or damage upon receipt.

Return Process :

  1. Contact Us : Before returning a product, please contact us at contact@japansnack.fr

  2. Packaging : Carefully package the product in its original packaging or suitable packaging to prevent damage during transport.

  3. Shipping : You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us in good condition.

  4. Inspection and Refund : Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the package's receipt. If the product is approved for return, we will process the refund for the corresponding amount to the original payment method within 10 days. The refund amount EXCLUDES shipping costs.

Notes :

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in case of a defective product or our error.

  • Refunds are subject to inspection of the returned product. Any damaged product or product not meeting our return criteria will not be refunded.
