Are the snacks authentic and imported from Japan?

Yes, through official distributors guaranteeing authenticity, freshness, and traceability of products.

What are the most popular Japanese snacks?

The must-haves are Matcha Kit Kat, Pocky, gummy candies (muscat grape, peach), takoyaki flavored chips, and the carbonated drink Ramune.

Do you offer a discovery box?

Yes! Discover our sweet and savory discovery boxes, perfect for exploring new Japanese flavors.

Are the snacks suitable for children?

Most of them are. Some products may contain caffeine (e.g., matcha) or be spicy. Always check the product description and allergens before consumption.

How to store my snacks?

Store them in a dry place, away from heat and humidity. For chocolates, avoid direct heat sources; in summer, place them in the refrigerator, then let them return to room temperature 1 hour before tasting. After opening, reseal the packaging tightly and consume quickly.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Portugal. Other destinations will be available soon.

Delivery times

France: 2–5 business days. Europe: 3–8 business days. You will receive tracking by email upon shipment.

Delivery fees

Fees are calculated automatically at checkout (based on weight and carrier). Delivery is sometimes free above a certain amount — consult our terms and conditions.

A tracking link is sent upon shipment and remains available in your customer account.

Returns and refunds

Consult our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, some unsealed food products cannot be returned.

Send us a message within 48 hours with photos. We will propose a quick solution (replacement, credit, or partial refund).
