Accepted Returns

Return Period: You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to initiate a return.

Eligible Products: To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and with their original packaging intact.
Exceptions
Perishable items, personalized products, and sale or clearance items are not eligible for return, except in cases of defects or damage upon receipt.
Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning a product, please contact us at contact@japansnack.fr to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Packaging: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging or appropriate packaging to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.

Inspection and Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you of the receipt of the package. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 days.
